This is my Mega Celebi. It's Psychic Power is triggered upon Mega Evolution by the Jewl of Pixies added to it upon Mega Evolution. It becomes a Fairy Grass type. When it Mega Evolves, it's Frenzy Plant and Dazzling Gleam both have their accuracy and attack boosted by 75%! It gains more speed and special attack stats. It also can learn the moves Power Gem and Dazzling Gleam the first time you Mega Evolve it. There are little blasts of Fairy Energy around it's hands, feet, and antennae that help it to fly better, and attack better.
